I’m Elizabeth and I’m a yoga teacher, mental health nurse, vagus nerve practitioner and Thai yoga massage practitioner living in Wiltshire.
I merge the wisdom of yoga, massage and my training in mental health and nervous system regulation to help you feel more empowered to manage your wellbeing and feel good.
I especially love working with people who experience stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and burnout to help them feel happier, more resilient, sleep deeply and rediscover their inner light.

Join my Breathe & Balance online membership for a regular dose of yoga, breath work and meditation each week. It’s an online membership with a live class every week with a video library full of classes, meditations and breath work sessions.

Wellbeing Programme
Calm & Connected is my one-to-one bespoke programme to support people struggling with stress, anxiety, sleep problems and more. Each session is tailored to you and underpinned by nervous system and vagus nerve regulation work.
You can book me for private one-to-one or group yoga sessions. Yoga and wellbeing sessions are the perfect addition to your event e.g. hen parties or corporate wellness events.
Private Yoga
My workshops and courses combine my love for yoga and my knowledge of mental health and how yoga can improve your mental wellbeing. I use various techniques including nervous system regulation work. Sessions run online or in person.
