Hi! I’m Elizabeth and I’m a yoga teacher, mental health nurse and vagus nerve practitioner.
I merge the wisdom of yoga and my training in mental health to help you feel more empowered to manage your wellbeing and feel good.
I’m based in Gloucestershire and teach yoga both in person and online sessions.

Yoga Classes
My classes are different each week and are based on vinyasa style yoga which is fluid, connecting body with breath. You will leave feeling relaxed in both body and mind. Classes are suitable for all levels. Your first class is always FREE.
Workshops & Courses
My workshops and courses combine my love for yoga and my knowledge of mental health and how yoga can improve your mental wellbeing. I use various techniques including nervous system regulation work. Sessions run online or in person.
Breathe & Balance Membership
Join my Breathe & Balance online membership for a regular dose of yoga, breath work and meditation each week. It’s an online group run on Facebook so you will also be joining a very supportive online community as well.
Calm & Connected Programme
Calm & Connected is my one-to-one bespoke programme to support people struggling with stress, anxiety, sleep problems and more. Each session is tailored to you and underpinned by nervous system and vagus nerve regulation work.
Private Yoga
You can book me for private one-to-one or group yoga sessions. Perhaps you haven’t got the confidence to attend an in person yoga class or you have a specific injury you’d like more support with. Yoga and wellbeing sessions are the perfect addition to your event e.g. hen parties or corporate wellness events.
