Hey, I’m Elizabeth and I’m a yoga teacher, mental health nurse, vagus nerve practitioner and Thai yoga massage practitioner based in Wiltshire.

I merge the wisdom of yoga, massage and my training in mental health and nervous system regulation to help you feel more empowered to manage your wellbeing and feel good.
